WTA ranking: the Top 10 unchanged, Diane Parry and Océane Dodin fall back

After the WTA 1000 in Guadalajara won by Jessica Pegula, no main circuit tournament was on the calendar last week. Before the end-of-season Masters, which begins Monday in Fort Worth, the hierarchy remains unchanged in the Top 10 of the WTA rankings. Iga Swiatek is still world number 1 ahead of Ons Jabeur and Pegula. Caroline Garcia retains sixth place.

Alizé Cornet remains 36th and number 2 in France ahead of Diane Parry. The young Niçoise (20 years old) was eliminated in the first round of the W80 in Poitiers and lost seven places (65th). She is the third and last Frenchwoman in the Top 100, since Océane Dodin has also fallen a few places (101st, – 6 places).
