Drivers currently have a week off before preparing for the United States GP. Notably, AlphaTauri teammates Yuki Tsunoda and Pierre Gasly seem to be making the most of their free time.

Popstar Adele’s signature track “Hello” is a song that only someone of her prowess can pull off. However, Yuki and Pierre didn’t care. Not known for their singing talent, the two pilots put their skills to the test by singing along at the top of their lungs during a karaoke.

Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda’s love for karaoke

This isn’t their only time on the mic, however. Just days before the Japanese GP, a hilarious video of Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda testing their vocal range on Adele’s song has gone viral. Viewers had similarly hilarious reactions to the video. While some regretted listening to it with headphones, others advised them to stick to running.

But indifferent once again, the AlphaTauri duo continues to play its vocal cords. The video was recently posted on the official Scuderia AlphaTauri Twitter account.

Credit goes to the editors, however, for catching fans almost brilliantly off guard. With a panoramic black and white filter and the two pilots in the background, one would expect a soothing rendering to come. The video begins with the two pilots lip-syncing to the song as viewers prepare for a wholesome moment shared by two good friends. However, I don’t know if the reality was sane or not, but it was really hilarious.

Alpine recently announced that Pierre Gasly will replace Fernando Alonso in 2023, who will fill the seat vacated by Sebastian Vettel at the start at Aston Martin.

The reason Gasly’s transfer took so long is because AlphaTauri was caught in two minds over whether to sign rookie Nyck de Vries or underprivileged McLaren driver Daniel Ricciardo as the Frenchman’s replacement.
