The Philadelphia Eagles still undefeated in the NFL, after their victory in Houston

The Philadelphia Eagles won at the Houston Texans (29-17) on Thursday in the advanced game of the 9th day of the NFL regular season, and thus continued their unbeaten streak. They have indeed won their first eight meetings (Philadelphia was exempted one day).

At the break, the two teams were tied (14-14). Then the Eagles made the difference, thanks to two touchdowns from AJ Brown and Dallas Goedert, on passes from Jalen Hurts, their quarterback. For its part, Houston was the victim of two interceptions on Davis Mills, his QB, and had to settle for a field goal.

Hurts did the job for “Philly” with 243 yards thrown. He mostly found Goedert, who gained 100 yards on eight receptions. In defense, Javon Hargrave inflicted three sacks on Mills. In the ranks of Houston, runner Dameon Pierce, who is discovering the NFL this season, galloped 139 yards.

Day 9 of the NFL regular season will continue on Sunday.
