Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds Announces New Album With “Pretty Boy”

The ex-member of Oasis offers a sequel to “Who Built The Moon?”, his latest album released in 2017, and drops an excerpt from his next album to be released in 2023.

Noel is back. In parallel with Liam, his younger brother a bit nervous who notably left the stage unexpectedly at the Beauregard festival last July, Noel Gallagher, wise as a picture, continues his solitary post-Oasis epic. After four studio albums, including Who Built The Moon?the latest released in 2017, the Mancunian offers himself a new single, Pretty Boy.

Noel Gallagher does Noel Gallagher, with just enough scratching and a benevolent nasal voice to please us. It’s also the occasion for this good old Christmas to announce a new album, recorded in his own studios in London alongside his faithful friend Johnny Marr, which will be released next year.

In a statement, the Manchester singer said: “It’s the very first one I’ve written, composed and really finished. So it made sense to me that this was the first single (from this new album) that people listened to. Many thanks to my friend Johnny Marr for bringing his personal touch. And concerning the video, the first one who will be able to spot me will have the chance to win a bag of Flamin’ Hot Wotsits Giants!”
