Before Behati Prinsloo walked the Victoria’s Secret catwalk in big wings and dazzling lingerie, the model was brought in to portray PINK. In 2007, Prinsloo became a role model for PINK, the company’s brand which caters to a younger audience. Like Candice Swanepoel, Miranda Kerr and Elsa Hosk, Prinsloo was a ROSE model before earning her coveted wings, per Fashion Gone Rouge.
Prinsloo’s first Victoria’s Secret fashion show was in 2007, and she wore a cute and colorful ensemble with comfy sneakers. In 2009 she was an angel and in 2015 she was chosen to open the show. Since her debut with the lingerie giant, Prinsloo walked in every Victoria’s Secret fashion show until 2015, when she took a break to welcome her two daughters with Maroon 5 rocker Adam Levine. According to People, after making her comeback in 2018, she shared on Instagram Stories, “After two babies back to back doing the @victoriassecret show was like a distant dream haha. I’m so proud to be back and proud of my body and what it can do, feel stronger and healthier than ever with two beautiful little girls. »
Victoria’s Secret’s last fashion show was in 2018. According to CNBC, the lingerie company parted ways with partner L Brand in 2021, with its chief executive Martin Waters stating that Victoria’s Secret, which was rebranded as Victoria’s Secret & Co., was trying to make a comeback.
