Angers secures against Nice and takes the lead in the Magnus League

The Dukes of Angers offered themselves a sixth success this season in the Magnus League by disposing of Nice (5-2) without trembling, this Sunday. Tommy Giroux opened the scoring for the Angevins, soon imitated by Cedric Di Dio Balsamo and Teo Sarliève, thus giving the team a comfortable lead at the end of the first period (3-0).

After a fourth goal scored by Jonathan Charbonneau, the Niçois reduced the gap thanks to Arturs Mickevics and Ondrej Kopta. But Philippe Halley put an end to hopes of an opposing return by completing the Angevin festival. Thanks to this success, the Dukes temporarily take first place in the Magnus League, ahead of Gap.
